First floor – guest room with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with toilet and cauldron.

Second floor – kitchen with dining room, guest room with fireplace, toilet and terrace.

Third floor – 2 bedrooms, each one with entrance to the terrace, toilet, 1 bedroom with individual bathroom and toilet and closet.

The house is offered fully furnished.

The yard is beautifully planted, there are medlar, plum tree, cherry tree, pear tree and vineyard. On the back side of the yard is prepared area for growing agricultural plants. There is as well veranda, used as summer kitchen with BBQ. The cauldron is equipped with electric caldron and sun healing system. The healing system in the whole house is established, but there are no radiators in the rooms.
