The mountain wooden house, constructed by logs /23 sm/,is situated in Bansko ski resort. The total area of the house is 200 sq m. It is separated in two individual apartments: first floor – guestroom with kitchen section, two bedrooms, bathroom and corridor with entrance hall, distributed on 80 sq m; second floor – the same planning, except the addition of second level, distributed on 40 sq m – veranda with terrace and guestroom on the lower level. There are fireplaces with French chambers Foyer. The windows frames are wooden, with PVCprofile. Each apartment features individual entrance, due to this fact two floors could be separately rented.

The massive wooden logs thermo insulate perfectly during the whole year. The apartments could be purchased separately, there is a deferred payment plan.

There is forest next to the complex, not far away flows picturesque river, two towns are in close proximity to the townhouse villages. All ski centers in the region could be approached in 10-15 minutes driving – Bansko, Semkovo, Dobrinishte, Kulinoto, Treshtnik, Razlog. Here areprovided opportunities for rafting and fishing in Mesta river, excursions in Pirin and Rila, hunting, golf, gather of mushrooms. Rodopi mountain features thousands of kilometers of off-road.
