The villas in the cottage complex are built for all year-round use in the villa zone of the town of Sozopol.
All villas have a sea view. In the vicinity of the cottage village there are picturesque bays, and at a distance of about 150 m there is a well-known beach. The total land area is 1450 sq. m. Site location on a hill allows wonderful views of the bay of Sozopol and the city itself. The complex is a group consisting of three villas and of two villas.
Each cottage has its own small garden with a separate entrance, is completely independent of the other buildings. The surrounding area will be planted with trees and sbushes. Balconies have magnificent sea view and close proximity to parking spaces.
On the ground floor of each house is a living room, dining room with a small kitchen, hallway and bathroom with toilet. The living room opens onto a spacious verrandah. On the second floor there are three spacious bedrooms with balconies and two bathrooms
