The two-floor old style Rodopian villa is located in the village of Vrata,  Plovdiv region. The village is situated in Southern Bulgaria, 1100 m above the level of the sea, 27 km away from Asenovgrad town, 45 km from the regional center Plovdiv and 40 km away from the airport. 4 km away from the house is located the natural monument Belintash – one of the biggest rock massifs in Rodopi mountain, known since the Thracian era, which is named as well “The meeting place of the gods”. The Bulgarian prophet Vanga this is one of the three strongest energetic places in Bulgaria. 15 km away is located the monastery complex Krastova Gora, popular as the Rodopian Saint Forest. Close to the house is situated the hunting reserve Kormisosh, suitable for hunting tourism. There are ecological routes in the area of the village. The place is suitable for cycling, ATV tourism, sports, horse riding and pony riding.

The house is constructed by stone material and wood, the building is paneled by stone tiles. The house is fully furnished.
