The house is located in the ancient part of Sozopol, 5 minutes walking away from the beach, in a close proximity to the windmill. This is a very beautiful place with unique antique atmosphere and all of the necessary conveniences for good life. The total built up area of the house is 120 square meters. The house is built up by bricks and consists of two floors. The building is in good condition and offers all necessary conveniences. There are two entrances – the first one leads to the first and the second floor and the second entrance leads only to the first floor.

On the first floor are built up kitchen, bathroom with toilet, dining room and one more small room. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, living room with kitchen section, bathroom with toilet and big panoramic terrace.
