The houses in the cottage complex have a Right of Use Permit /Act 16/; they are offered finished according Bulgarian public standard. Family houses with individual plots, with ground coat and cement. On the land plot are built 10 houses with area 112, 115 and 116 sq.m. and plots from 300 to 430 sq.m.. The infrastructure in and around the property is ready. The house construction is steal-concrete, exterior walls are made of bricks with thermo insulation system. Facades – wooden faced, ground coat. Five camera window frames; heating – fire place with water heating system and alumina radiators.

The houses consist of:

1st floor: entrance, WC, living room with kitchen, balcony;

2nd floor: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies and garderobe.

The price includes also the finishing works and finishing of bathrooms and WC. The client can choose material type of floor coverings, facing, walls and ceilings.
