The complex is composed by 15 luxurious houses. It is located only 150 meters away from the beach. The area of the houses begins from 115 square meters up to 190 square meters. Each house offers individual parking area, main entrance and entrance leading to the swimming pool. There are a huge swimming pool and maintained relax zone in the complex. Closely are located many restaurants, bars and shops. In a close proximity by the same investors is built up another complex, the facilities of which can be used by the owners of the houses.

The building is made by high quality materials. Each of the houses is built up by Austrian bricks with 120 mm exterior width and 80 mm interior width. The insulation materials are 50 mm wide. The façade is made by using German materials, the plaster and the doors are Italian. There is 200 mm insulation on the roof. The frames of the windows have thermo and noise insulation qualities.

The houses are luxuriously furnished with Italian furniture. The floors in the bathrooms are covered by high quality tiles. There are air conditioners in each one of the houses. The air conditioners automatically observe the level of activity in the rooms.

Each house is composed by two floors. There are spacious living room, kitchen, dining room, hallway, pantry and bathroom with toilet on the first floors. The second floor of each house is separated into 2 or 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, balcony and corridor.
