The cottage complex is situated at the Southern Black Sea coast, in Lozenets resort.

Lozenets is a small town in Carevo municipality.  The building will be coordinated according to the European style and fashionable aesthetics. There are villas, small complexes, excellent conditions for year round life, the chance for excursion on specialized ship, down the river of Ropotamo, is an amazing opportunity to see the rare flora and fauna around. The place provides any necessary infrastructural facilities. The climate of the mountain massive combines to the influence of four seas – Black Sea, Marmara Sea, Aegean Sea and Mediterranean Sea.

FEATURES OF THE BUILDINGS:

Each townhouse consists of two floors, there are individual entrances, leading to each one of the buildings. Well dimensioned gardens are separated as individual sections for each one house. There are as well: swimming pool, parking area, security, maintenance services. Each house is equipped with a fireplace.

The indoor areas of the complex provide amazing landscaping.

EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR ADDITIONS:

There will be restaurant, hotel part, shops in the complex. The distance to the closest bus stop is 30 m, the beach is 2,5 km away.

The ceilings of the first floors are 2,80 m high, the second floors of the buildings feature 2,6 m high of the ceilings.

The complex should be completed until the end of May, 2014.
