The Holiday Art Village Anel is located on the rocky picturesque shore of the Budjaka peninsula. The locality extends to the south of Sozopol reaching Kavatsite camping and is characterized with its three capes making impressive notches deep into the Black Sea. One of them is the Christ Cape located within the resort, which is an amusing attraction for tourists and a preferred place for walking and relaxation.
The village has a unique park abounding with exotic tropical and subtropical vegetation, exhibiting spectacular sculptures by some of the most famous Bulgarian masters such as Pavel Koichev, Emil Popov, Krum Damyanov, Ivan Slavov, Valentin Starchev, Vezhdi Rashidov and Velichko Minekov.
The vacationing complex is designed for a year-round use.
An area of about 20 000 sq.m. accommodates 12 houses, a park, a restaurant, bars, a barbecue, a conference hall, a tennis court (volleyball ground), fitness, SPA center, swimming pools, beaches, a berth and a guarded parking lot.
House 3 detached
Total built-up area – 630 m2
The house, heat and hydro insulated and facing entirely south, has three floors and a basement. Only quality materials have been used in its construction. The roof is made of copper sheets bent in diamond-shaped tiles. The lining is handmade of solid granite (crushed) in combination with polished white limestone. The windows are made of aluminum 5-chamber construction Schüko. The glass sheets are semi-reflective, greenish and filled with argon. Each floor has a large terrace with a perfect southern exposure and offering glamorous views. The railings of balconies are made of special stainless steel (brushed). Bizarre plants are surrounding the house on all sides. Stone-made flowerpot-shaped sculptures also add to the attractive outlook of the complex.
Basement elevation -3.00
The basement bathes in daylight and consists of two apartments and a technical facility. The basement covers a total area of 154 m2.
Ground floor elevation ±0.00
It comprises a living and dining room of approximately 180 m2, a modern kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances, a bathroom (bath, toilet, shower cabin) and a walk-in closet – separate room. In the middle of the room rises a luxurious column accommodating two television sets looking face to face of each other. A large terrace facing south spreads on an area of approximately 36 m2.
First floor elevation +3.00
It consists of two separate bedrooms, each of 35 m2, and each of it has a large luxury bathroom with a whirlpool tub and a walk-in closet - separate room. The terrace facing south spreads on an area of approximately 35 m2.
Second floor elevation +6.00
It consists of a single common room - bedroom, a living room and a luxury bathroom spreading on a total area of 80 m2. A large terrace facing south spreads on an area of approximately 30 m2.
The flooring of the bathrooms and the common parts are made of Brazilian granite. The furniture consists of massive pieces with wood veneers of ebony, bamboo and oak. The wall linings are made of decorative plaster, bamboo wallpaper, woodwork and carved stone.
Utilities
It is provisioned to have spare supplies of water (reservoir) and electricity power (diesel generator) for the entire village for a period of 72 hours (three days). There is an operating solar installation providing for central heating of hot water.
The house is independently air-conditioned by a central air conditioning system, manufactured by Mitsubishi for both heating and cooling. Only the basement is additionally equipped with a commonly serving ventilation system.
The house is fully equipped with electrical appliances such as cable TV, Internet and telephone.
Parking
The house has 4 parking seats in close proximity and another two parking seats at a distance. Overall, the vacationing complex has parking seats for all houses.
Park
The complex has a unique park with unmatchable tropical and subtropical vegetation spreading on an area of about 12 decares and with evident displacement, making it even more bizarre. The area is fully grassed and like a thick green carpet stretches up to the horizon, scattered with numerous sculptures by renowned Bulgarian artists, carefully selected and aesthetically exhibited throughout the complex, restoring an unforgettable atmosphere. Curved paths with a total length of 500 meters lead to the most secluded places on the picturesque rocky coast towards the village. A panoramic walkway was built along the very rocky coast - ideal for walking and relaxation.
Restaurant
The restaurant located next to the beach has two floors, which offer a stunning view. It has two outdoor terraces located on different levels and decorated with stone sculptures in the form of flowerpots, which also add to the attractive outlook of the complex. The restaurant has pinned priority to fish and seafood delights, and the familiar European cuisine.
Bars
The complex has a pool bar at the very swimming pool, an outdoor "Hawaiian" bar and a bar next to the conference room.
Barbecue
The main barbecue is located in the restaurant, but lovers of nature can find another one in a small natural cave near the beach.
Conference hall
The complex has a private conference room accommodating 100 people with toilet, buffet and appropriate technical equipment. The hall is located under the tennis court (of course, it is soundproofed) and fully air-conditioned and ventilated.
Tennis court
A key advantage of the complex is its own golf tennis court being used by tourists. The pavement is the so-called multifunctional (rubber), highest quality. The tennis court can be used also to play volleyball, football, etc. It is surrounded by evergreen vegetation on all sides.
Fitness and SPA centre
Also under the tennis court there is a fitness gym equipped with all kinds of state-of-the-art appliances. The hall has an autonomous air-conditioning and ventilation system. The modern SPA centre offers all the necessary amenities such as saunas, steam room, cold room, swimming pool, massages, mud, beauty procedures, etc. The SPA centre has separate bathrooms and toilets, showers and changing rooms.
Swimming pools
The complex has three outdoor pools. One of them is located next to the restaurant next, having a pool bar and offering many unique entertainments such as a three-level waterfall - a work of art, made by Bulgarian sculptures, mini waterfall made of a piece of granite, Jacuzzi with whirlpool jets, and separately nozzles at different levels, air geyser, bench of the type of hydro-massage bed and filled with seawater. The swimming pool has the shape of "kidney" and an area of 430 m2, average depth of 1.4 meters and length of 26 meters. It is suitable for swimming, entertainment and relaxation.
Next to it there is a colorful children's swimming pool, circular and full of attractions, like a waterfall, and jet nozzles. It spreads on an area of 30 m2 and at an average depth of 0.5 meters.
Right next to the sea there is a unique natural rocky pool, with forced circulation of sea water. The adjacent rocks mould an incredible beach line. In short, this place is a paradise. There are lights embedded in the pool, making it suitable for night "bathing." It spreads on an area of about 260 m2, average depth 1.7 meters and a length of 27 meters. All the pools are guarded and as an option they offer teachers in swimming.
Beaches
The complex has several types of beaches for sunbathing. Seemingly lost between the Christ Cape and the rocky beach there is a picturesque beach with natural evergreen ryegrass. The bay is unique with its beautiful natural view. For seekers of excitement and entertainment the area offers sea jumps from a height of 3.50, 4.70 and 8.0 meters, jet skiing, diving – you will find unique underwater scenery. The bay is suitable for swimming in calm seas.
Next to both swimming pools there is the three-level beach area offering with loungers and parasols. Nearby there is a bathroom and toilet, changing rooms and sauna.
The beach area stretches on approximately 200 m2of ryegrass, which creates a slightly different feeling.
Let’s not forget the rugged coastline around the natural pool.
Berth
Within the complex, near the beach, there is a berth to anchor yachts and jets. For the needs of guests and homeowners there is a small, 12-seat speedboat yacht for Black Sea cruises.
Guarded parking lot
Within the complex there are guarded parking seats for all houses. Entering and leaving the complex is enabled via access control and 24/7 security, including CCTVs.
