The family hotel is situated in the center of mountain resort town, region Smolyan, Bulgaria. The town is located in the southern part of Bulgaria, in the Rhodope Mountains, 1140 m. above sea level.
The region is a tourist destination all year round. Offers not only skiing, but also many eco trails, natural attractions, climate therapies.
The hotel with a total built up area of 680 sq.m. is under construction, with water main, electricity and canalization. The first level of the building is made of a massive stone, inclusive most of the interior of the restaurant.
