The complex is located in area Budjaka, in Sozopol. This is one of the most beautiful Black Sea resorts in Bulgaria, famous due to its historical monuments, unique romance and many facilities.

The complex consists of villas, garages and buildings offering for sale separate apartments. The complex is built up on the territory of two plots. The area of the first one is 1089 square meters and the area of the second one is 2800 square meters. The floor plans of the buildings are very functional and comfortable.
