The complex is situated in the center of Sunny Beach resort, in five minutes walking from the beach. In a close proximity there are many restaurants, all kinds of shops, markets, pharmacy, bank and as well police station, hospital and bus station.

The beach in the resort is covered by fine sand, its length is 9 kilometers, 40 meters wide. The climate in the region is Mediterranean.  The resort is situated in the foothills of Stara Planina mountain, a few kilometers away from historical and architectural monument Nessebar.

The construction of the complex corresponds to the European quality requirements. The walls are built up by bricks, there is an external insulation. The windows in the complex are plastic. There is a hydraulic elevator, the stairs are made with onyx railings. There is a parking area.

In the complex are built up apartments with area from 43 square meters up to 177 square meters. The apartments  are offered on a key-ready level of completion. There is an air conditioner in each apartment. The bathrooms fully equipped. The floor is covered by laminate and polished granite.
