Holiday village – SUNNY BEACH       

The holiday village is situated in a calm and quiet region, close to a large park, on a plot of 4200 sq. m. located at Sunny Beach Resort Complex.

The village consists of four independent sections and comprises:

•     Luxury studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments
•     Café- aperitif bar
•     Shop for foodstuffs
•     Swimming-pool for adults
•     Swimming-pool for children
•     Area for chaise-longues and recreation
•     Parking - lots.

Buildings are constructed with:

•     Reinforced concrete monolithic construction with brick masonry;
•     Building insulation – heat and hydro-insulation of facades and roof with state-of-the-art environmentally friendly materials;
•     Facades covered with color silicate coats;
•     Electrical installation individual for each apartment with apartment electric board and with separate electric meter in the entrance main electric board;
•     Water and Sewerage supply installation with environmentally friendly PVC pipes and mounted water meters for each apartment

•     Luxury elevators in each entrance
•     Staircases coated with granite- grease

Each section consists of two entrances with bilateral entering with luxury elevators of each entrance. Each apartment shall have a terrace.    

The apartments are luxuriously accomplished and completely equipped:

•     PVC front windows and balcony doors with noise-proof and heat-insulating glassware
•     Front walls of brick masonry with heat-insulation

The village shall have all-year security, seasonal maintenance of outdoor water facilities, green areas and lanes.The Holiday Village is 5 min walk to the beach and to the town center of “Sunny Beach” Resort, near to historical old town of Nessebar with possibilities to shopping and cheap restaurants and café- bars, good transport facilities.  

“Sunny Beach” Resort is just 25 km from Sarafovo Airport and 35 km from Burgas.  “Sunny Beach” Resort is situated 35 km north of the city of Burgas with a wide beach and warm sea with gently sloping sand. The combination of 1,700 hours of sunshine from May to October, along with the fresh breeze and nearness to the mountain make it an ideal location for tourism. There are offering a lot of possibilities for sport and entertainments at the resort which is a real paradise for adults and children alike.The investment in a real estate property at the top - holiday resort “Sunny Beach” is having prospects in point of view of returns and increasing of the amount of the real estates and joining Bulgaria to EU in 2007 year.
