The house is located only in 150 meters from the beach, in the center of Balchik, known as The White City. This fabulous town combines unforgettable ancient atmosphere and romance with modern civilization and excellent natural life conditions.

The first floor is separated into guestroom, kitchen and bathroom with toilet. To the second floor lead outside stairs. On the second floor are situated three bedrooms and one more children bedroom, corridor and bathroom with toilet.
