The housing complex is located in the foot slopes of Vitosha mountain, the place features excellent prerequisites for sports, tourism, vacations and picnics.

The complex is situated in the area of Sofia – Pancharevo, 2 km away from the Pancharevo lake – one of the main centers of paddling sports in Bulgaria.

The complex could be considered as beautiful pearl of the architecture and construction. Here are built up 18 stylish houses, distributed among green areas and charming landscapes. The houses feature all possible conveniences, typical for the luxurious modern private properties. They are designed and constructed in accordance with the modern standards of  life in harmony to the nature.

The main conception of the complex seeks after preserving the surrounding nature and minimizing the harmful results of the healing and air condition effects. The main priority is the achievement of the wanted temperature in each one house in rational way. The air conditioning equipment is projected according to the principles of the thermo silt, the source of energy is the air, the processes are ecological and economical. The current system heals and cools the water as well in the following parameters: +50 healing and +5 cooling. The effectiveness depends on the used electrical energy and the received healing.

The result for 1 hour electricity – 3-4 portions of usable healing or cooling effect. By the using of the thermo silt provides warmth in the winters and coolness in the summers, as well as hot water during the whole year. This healing system is 40% cheaper than the gas healing, the electric equipment saves about 75%, 60% are saved, compared to the boiler using practice. The air condition system features ventilation convectors and floor healing, achieved by using polyethylene tubes, which effectively allocate the warmth.

Each house is built up on the following way:

Ground floor – corridor, service room, wet room, toilet, fitness, storage cell

1st floor – entrance hall, guestroom with dining section, kitchen, sanitary room, terrace

2nd floor – corridor, 1 bedroom with bathroom, 2 bedrooms, cabinet, sanitary room, terrace

The total built up area of the houses starts from 244,70 sq m up to 285 sq m. The houses are distributed on individual plots of 335 sq m.

The complex should be completed until the beginning of the spring, 2014. The houses will be ready according to BNS, the completion work could be done for extra payment.
