The cottage complex consists of 28 gorgeous houses, located 10 km from Burgas and 800 meters away from the beach. The villas are situated around spacious park, where could be found fabulous fountain, swimming pool, picturesque alleys, beautiful trees, flowers and decorative plants, pavilion. The villas are built up in Mediterranean style, by monolithic reinforced concrete frame. The entrance doors are armored, there are water supply and electricity systems.
