The cottage complex is situated only 150 m from the beach in the most prestigious district of Burgas city – Sarafovo.

The district is located only 10 m car drive from the city center and several minutes from the airport.

The complex is situated in the new district part, surrounded by low floor buildings. This area was equipped with wholly new infrastructure.

Near the complex are: a bus station, many restaurants and bars, beauty and SPA centers, fitness centers, bowling, shops, soccer field. Not far also can be found school, church, children kindergarten, pharmacy, medical service.

The closed complex consists of 6 separate, elegant family houses, suitable as for a holiday, also for all year round residence.

Much natural light and sun all the day are guaranteed by the large windows. Additional space is created by the 3 m high ceilings of the 1st floor. The buildings are designed in the way, allowing beautiful panoramic views from all the rooms to sea and Burgas Bay.

Sauna, Jacuzzi and pool, comfortably situated on the territory of each house, create a real SPA center at home. There is a large panoramic terrace on 3rd floor.
