Sozopol Bay View consists of 33 apartments in 5 three-storey houses . The gound floors are suitable for disabled people. Houses numbered 1, 2, 3, 5 consist of 6 apartments each, while houses  4 is of 9 apartments, 18 2-bedroom apartments and 15 one-bedroom apartments. The owners have at their disposal 18 parking places. The complex is supplied with safe guard 24 hours - 365 days per year.

All apartments face the sea beach and the owners may enjoy the beautiful seaside and the ancient Sozopol town. Currently the region is the Top Destination on Bulgarian Black sea coast.

The compelx is supplied with a large swimming pool, swimming pool for kids and barbecue. Sozopol Bay View is situated only 150 m from the beach. The terrain is on terraces which are at different level so that the view to the sea will be available for ever. Houses higher than 13 m are not allowed in Sozopol.
