The Complex is located in the Budjaka area near the town of Sozopol. It is spread over 4,000 m2 and borders with the famous Harmanite beach. The complex consists of terraced structures of one apartment on every flight of stairs. The buildings are positioned fan-shaped, facing the sea, so that every apartment has a view of the bay.
